 With a stock engine it really isn't needed. You can buy a t that fits where
the current idiot light oil pressure light switch is. For oil temp use a
dip stick sensor.

i know the pressure sensor comes on between 2-6psi per the big blue> book but by then the damage is already done....>

Depends on a range of factors, but 25 PSI @ 2500 RPM is OK.
(So at 500 RPM, might be 5 PSI.)

Max oil temp usually runs around 90 - 100C on a hot summer day
at highway speed.

None of these numbers are carved in stone...
