 Try joining www.vwtype3.org which is a Type 3 dedicated e-mail group with lots
of USA members rather than a UK group for all aircooled VWs. Part number is 311
115 329B, it's about 8" long and connects the rear body to the oil filler tube.
Probably get one from WCM or similar -google the part number.
