 i bought an isuzu truck 4 cyl 2.6 liter and the block was full of water got the water out and its locked up of course i was wondering wat could be done to unlock it. i put some mystery oil through the plug holes and am letting it set 4 a day or so and wandered wat else could help without a teardown.

 check if plugs are firing you may have a firing problem with the distributer
