Well then, I stand corrected!

The CE with manual transmission and the CE with automatic transmission are
two different models. I was wrong to say that AT is not standard on the CE.
Of course the "CE with automatic transmission" comes with AT, but the CE is
still without any of the options available.

Air conditioning is not an "option", it is standard on all new Corollas
currently sold by Toyota. If I said otherwise, I was wrong on that point.

The base Corolla CE doesn't come with anything but:
- 50 state emissions(FE)
- All weather guard package(CK)
AND whichever tranny you bought it with.

See here: http://tinyurl.com/4drgr

So though I worded some things incorrectly and was wrong on a couple points,
my basic statement, "That's all I am getting at, is that the basic CE
without options is the cheapest of the Corolla trims" was correct. The CE
is the cheap edition. It is the cheapest Corolla, and comes with the
lowest-grade and/or fewest options available as standard equipment as any
currently-sold Corolla. So my mnemonic is still:

CE = Cheap Edition

LE = Luxury Edition

S = Sport

XRS= Extreme Rowdy Sport

With my memory, it helps to use tricks like that.
