 Just had the same thing and replaced the pto clutch, 115.00 and about 1
hours work.

 If yours is anything like mine, there are several switches for safety. One
is under the seat and one on the brake pedal. I think that there are some
relays at work too .Yours may be different. All the switches have to be
closed for electricity to get to the clutch.
All I can say is to trace out the wires and try to understand how it works
and the problem should reveal its self. What ever you do, do not by-pass any
safety devices.
