 My 9-3 2004 sustained damage to the front right corner. It will need a
new bumper, hood, and front fender at minimum. Is it better to take it
to a SAAB dealer for repair or a independent bodywork shop?

Depends where you are. If you're insured, then do the best option. My saab
dealer don't do bodywork themselves, they will send to an (independent)
bodywork specialist anyway. In that case, ask which bodyshop they are
using or recommending.
