 I just purchased a 1975 911S Silver anniversary edition. I am looking
for information on where I can find someone who can supply, or
replicate the silver anniversary dash plaque that is missing from the
dash. I am also looking for someone who can supply the original (or
reproduction) front seat covers.

I am aware of the problems that the 2.7 engine had. The car has
traveled 108K. It runs well, but I am worried about if the required
upgrades have been performed. How can I check weather or not the
chain tensioners and case bolts have been upgraded? Are there any
certain features that I need to look at on the tensioners? Can I
re-torque the heads to check if the bolts are gripping OK? If so, how
much torque?

Thanks in advance for any help

Can't help you on those things. When my seats started to show excessive
wear, I opted for seat covers from Wet Okole. I have been happy with
them, but ask me again in the fall when I'll have had them for a full year.

For the chain tensioner, it's relatively easy. At the bottom of the
chain housing there should be an oil fitting and a tube running out of
it. If not, it doesn't have the chain tensioner upgrade.

Re-torqueing the heads should not be necessary and is probably not
advisable. The rule of thumb there is to just wait until they break --
there's not really anything much to be gained by teasing them (by
re-tightening) or by replacing them, unless you have some other
compelling reason to diassemble the engine that completely, e.g. a
rebuild. If the compression and leak-down tests show everything OK,
don't mess with it would be my advice.
