 WJ Starts Sixth at the Winternationals

Warren Johnson completed a solid qualifying effort in the first stop on his "School's Out" tour, scoring a 6.725-second, 204.32 mph run on his final qualifying attempt to capture the sixth starting position at the Carquest Auto Parts NHRA Winternationals in Pomona, CA.

Parts NHRA Nationals in the unenviable position of having to secure his
position in Sunday's final eliminations field. Further
complicating his assignment were the speed-robbing warmer temperatures
that enveloped the Auto Club Raceway at Pomona on Saturday.

afternoon, Warren Johnson qualified his GM Performance Parts GTO in the
14 th position for Sunday's final eliminations of the Carquest Auto Parts
Winternationals in Pomona, CA. With each of his four qualifying attempts
