 Matsuura Ready for Start of Season

Kosuke Matsuura claimed the 16th fastest time of the day after a
rain-shortened afternoon practice as the IRL IndyCar® Series concluded
pre-season testing today following a two-day outing at Phoenix
International Raceway. Matsuura, who was only 0.3698 seconds off the
fastest time of the 20-car field, was able to improve by 0.2570 seconds
over his best yesterday on the one-mile tri-oval as the team focused on
working through its short-oval setup checklist.
