Johnny Rumley drove the Lucas oil Products Boyd Sult Racing Chevrolet No. 8 to a top-five finish in the April 30 running of the USAR Hooters Pro Cup Northern Division's Food City 250 at Virginia's Lonesome Pine Raceway.
