After a busy week of testing Jerez was the only circuit in use on Friday,
the last day of the scheduled programmes. Eight drivers from four teams were
on track and it was the McLaren pair of tester Pedro de la Rosa and Kimi
Raikkonen at the top, first and second respectively. De la Rosa's best time
was 1:15.650 and Raikkonen was nine tenths down.

Work focused on the upcoming Spanish Grand Prix and both drivers worked on
tyres, set up and aerodynamics. "We have done a lot of work considering we
were only running two days when I did almost 1200 km and experienced no
major problem," said de la Rosa.
