 Subsequent to the purchase of Jordan Grand Prix in January 2005 by the Midland
Group, the team is pleased to announce today the acquisition of the Jordan Grand
Prix wind tunnel facility in Brackley, UK.

This is a capital asset for the future of Jordan Grand Prix and the team is intending
to invest heavily in the facility and upgrade it from 40 to 50% model scale.
