The Krohn Racing/TRG cars saw more action than the team wanted in the
Rolex Sports Car Series race at California Speedway. Jorg Bergmeister led
the first part of the race, but a hard hit to the No. 66 Pontiac-powered
Riley Mk XI left him and his co-driver, Christian Fittipaldi, struggling
for a top-10 finish. Their teammates Nic Jonsson and Tracy Krohn were
also hurt by contact with other cars, but were able to finish fifth in
the No. 67 Pontiac-Riley.
