400 Grand American Race

Fontana, California (April 2, 2005) -- Saturday's qualifying
session for the Ferrari Maserati-sponsored California 400 at California
Speedway in Fontana featured the pole position going to the No. 01
CompUSA Lexus Riley of Luis Diaz and Scott Pruett, with Diaz posting the
fast time of 1:33.356 at 108.745 mph.
