NASCAR-BUSCH: Edwards gets first career pole in Vegas

Roush Racing's Carl Edwards grabbed his first NASCAR Busch Series pole
with a 170.951 mph run at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Edwards jumped into
his No. 60 World Financial Group Ford after having a not so stellar
Nextel Cup Series qualifying run.

The rookie in the Busch series, Edwards bested the lap put down by
Elliott Sadler (170.181 mph). Earlier, Sadler had lost the Cup Bud Pole
to Ryan Newman by just a blink of an eye.
