 Nemechek's Las Vegas Mission:Extend Positive Streak,Reverse Early
Season Woes

LAS VEGAS (March 8, 2006) --Joe Nemechek has been running at the finish
in 34 consecutive races, the longest current streak among NASCAR Nextel
Cup drivers. The streak started at the fifth race of the 2005 season at
Bristol Motor Speedway. "We've had a few wounded ducks during this period, but never threw in the
towel," said Ryan Pemberton,crew chief of Nemechek's 01 U.S. Army
Chevrolet. "To have this kind of streak is a tribute to the crew for
knowing how to react both quickly and efficiently when repair work needs
to get done."
