Handicap Changes/President and Vice President Appointed.

SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The Empire Super Sprint (ESS) board of directors and
officials held a very successful four hour meeting in Schenectady, N.Y.
to get ready for the upcoming 2005 Tour. A new draw system for the
opening tour race was developed while Chuck Miller and Dean Reynolds have
been named President and Vice President respectively.
