 Horn pad or slip ring contacts. Both are attached to steering wheel.

make sure you checked the fuses under the hood too

 would that effect keyless entry (panic alarm), or just when I push on the
horn? I'm not getting a horn signal either way. also, would that be
something easy to fix, or becuase of the airbag should I take it in
