 Sounds like air in the system probably cause you missed the brake line
junction nipple above the rear diff

When you bleed the system remember to bleed the nipple above the rear diff
this part acts as a proporsion valve ensuring the balance between front and
rear brakes

remember to start the bleed from the furtherest corner from the master
cylinder working your way in
