Well there are fools of all stripes. Some people are stupid enough not
to cross a line drawn in the sand. Others realize how easy it is for
the wind to make that line go away.

Likewise the sheeple living in various industrialised nations are so
brainwashed by their media, social security serial #s, endless
bureaucracy, etc... that they actually believe the entire planet (most
of which is largely empty land and water) is under this level of
control.

Of course even in places like Israel, where a very real border wall is
being built, those who want to still manage to find a way around it.
