	[Okay, this is my 3rd attempt to post this. A bunch of my posts didn't show up in the group, so I started using the email address. Forgot to turn off the V-card, so it got rejected. I think I got it this time, although I am sending it via both email and news server post.] Too many pictures. I compromised by deleting a few and making them smaller. I kept them as big as I dare. I'm glad you found the carts for your Mom. Pain is no fun. :o( Jr.'s anger with his crew chief seems like a real bad sign. I still think Jr. is going to get his own shop or buy a controlling share of DEI in the next five years. You have my deepest sympathy for the ashtray-bottle mixup. I can taste it now (partly because I'm smoking a pipe, but also because I'm that kind of guy). Marty

	I just discovered that this didn't show up last week. Here it is again. Would have been quicker but I had to start from scratch TWICE. Too many pictures. I think part of the problems/frustration he's experiencing is that he has one vision for the company and Teresa has another. If you recall, there was an issue of his contract last year, which lasted for several months. Then there were some comments by Jr. that Mikey might not be driving for DEI in the future if he didn't start doing better, which was promptly nixed by DEI management saying he was there for the long haul. Then there was this team switcheroo - that's got to be frustrating for everyone. There's even been a rekindling of the rumors that Jr. will go drive for Richard Childress, and even RC himself has helped feed that rumor by failing to deny the possibility and by saying he'd LOVE to have Jr. drive for him.

I'm not saying that #3 Dale should be given sainthood or that the number should be permanently retired. I'd much rather see #8 stay with Dale Jr. However that would involve DEI letting it go. How about 03 or 08 as alternatives?
