Alan Jones and a few dozen other morons over the
years spaketh thusly:
IMO, racing coverage should be like that of football and> baseball. If there is competition in progress, you do not go to> commercial.

And right there, you proved why you and EVERYONE with YOUR
MENTALITY are total M O R O N S.
You would only show commercials during the cautions.

1) There is "competition" during cautions - M O R O N. It's
called "pit stops". What you M O R O N S can't get through
your thick fugging heads is that you will ALWAYS miss SOMETHING
while they are away in break. Time does not stop for you, me,
NASCAR or anything else. Idiot.

2) Advertisers are NOT IDIOTS, unlike you, M O R O N. Do you
think they are STUMP DUMB STOOOOOPID enough to say "OK, here,
take my money and run all of my commercials at the deadest time
of the telecast". ??? Idiot.

Seriously, do you REALLY think they are THAT STUPID??????
Maybe the networks could work a deal with NASCAR to have more> competition cautions to make that possible.

There you go. NASCAR = basketball. "He needs to find that
vibration, DW, but maybe he can stay out 'til the next
TV time out..." Fugging twit.
They could even stay> under caution for a few extra laps so Fox can get all of its> commercials out of its system, but then get back to the> continuous uninterrupted coverage of every green flag lap.

Duhhh, yep, I'll spend my ad dollars to sponsor -that-. Idiot.
I know, it'll never happen. It's no longer primarily about the> racing. Now it's only about making money.

It's ALL about the Benjamins, MORON.

There isn't more commercials near the end of the race Carey. I've been
recording the races for 2 years now and editing out the commercials to
put it on DVD. Invariably the longest commercial free segment of the
race comes near the end. Like at Dega, the segment just before the
commercial prior to the postrace show was 38 minutes long. The only
scenario I can think of where you would have a bunch of commercials
toward the end would be a caution free race.

Remember, his rag only exists to sell the advertising.

And other magazines exist why exactly?
