As much as I like his style, I seem to remember that nobody confuses DW wqith the sharpest knife in the drawer. Add that to his genuine enthusiasm for the sport, and you can see how he could forget the economic realities for a moment. Being away in break is what pays his salary, I'm sure he remembers that when the check shows up every month. Way to eager to defend your craft to actually see the real issue at hand. Alas, I'd try to explain it to you but we've all learned long ago that your ability to comprehend much more then your own emotional connection to the subject is minimal at best. Suffice to say we all understand how DW gets paid and exactly what provides the necessary funds to keep the show on the tube.
