If I'm his sponsor, I'm going to say just the opposite. "Son, keep winning and DEFINATELY keep doing those backflips! Your backflip just got my company's name on three times as many local broadcasts as I normally would have been on!" The public stance might be "that's not safe," but I guarantee you the sponsos are not going to turn down any potential publicity.
