RICE DOES NOT RULE OUT 2008

George Orwell 12 March 2005 20:48:23
I bet the DNC is whooping it up this morning. Wait 'till this bug eyed,
pock marked face with the goat-like eyes and a tooth gap bigger than her
credibility starts to "woo" America. One closeup of those little black
things hanging under her eyes will scare the bejeezus out of any voter.
Not to mention that she's very moderat on abortion. Uh oh, there goes the
bible beater vote. Hillary will have her for breakfast and spit her out
for lunch.

The last three rich white southern governors that ran were
Bill Clinton\George Bush\Al Gore

Maybe a couple of bitches running will make it more interesting

Coops. Sorry Gore was not a governor, but he was rich and he was white. 2
out of 3 ain't bad.

.1% chance of that happening. Mrs Clinton is nearly as liberal as
kerry (#1 most liberal in all of congress.) Rice follows orders so we
really don't know her opinions on many things but she is conservative.
We'd be looking at another split country.

Besides, the idea of that womaniser setting the standards for the
first "first gentleman" is freightning.

I disagree. I expect it to be McCain/Powell vs. Clinton/Lieberman in 2008.

I don't like Bubba Clinton and certainly didn't vote for him; but he did
some good things for USA. IIRC, he had a balanced budget and a thriving
economy under his watch. If he was the "First Man" or whatever, he could
certainly give Hilary lots of good advice coming into the Presidency. Most
Presidents have to figure it out for themselves - they don't have a
spouse/confidante with an Executive Office vision of things. I suspect it
would be McCain vs. Clinton in 2008; and if McCain does not run then I
would expect Hilary to win by landslide. I like McCain because I believe
he will clean up Government Pork. I surf the site he represents quite often
(Citizens Against Government Waste) - www.cagw.org.

Sounds right. The name is familiar

She was a very long shot at best but you have to admire the effort

you from ny? Hillary isn't liked that much all over the nation. If
she runs, I don't expect her to survive primaries.

Didn't we have a black woman running for the Democratic nomination in 2004?
Name escapes me but I think she was a congresswoman from Il.>

I saw Rice on tv last night say she was NOT running and had no
interest.
