The More I read about Brian France

Pe2 5 March 2005 19:34:01
 hey all-

according to my subject heading, I just read an article where BF is banning
the rebel flag from NASCAR infields, where motor homes are parked, and fans
are camping.

What is gonna happen at other tracks? Is NASCAR gonna have a NEXTEL official
in golf cart, or a local sherriff, ride around the many campgrounds, whether
it be inside the track or surrounding communities-telling fans to take down
the flag??? This flag, unfortunately is still part of NASCAR's deep rooted
south beginnings. not to mention-a tradition at Darlington.

The more I'm reading about BF-he wants to turn NASCAR into a corporate
America sport. Obviously, he sounds money hungry. may I still remind you,
Brian-NASCAR was built by men who ran moonshine. That's one thing you can't
take away....

A Jr. 8 fan-

The next thing will be the Nextel official telling you to leave your
Verizon, Alltell, etc. phone outside the track, along with your glass
bottles.

Shoot, a-for you know they'll let coons, spicks, and wops just roam anywhere
they want to.

Deal with it and leave your racism banners at home.
HAHAHAHAHA

Yeah. Real smart to legislate the people paying his bills.

Probably. Either that or a real live rent-a-cop.

Darlington used to be a tradition. NASCAR doesn't care. The bottom line
trumps everything, including the fans.

Turn? His father already turned it.

They're doing their damnest not to mention it though.

No Rebel Flag? If that's the case, what a bunch of f'ing sell outs. I
noticed Lynyrd Skynyrd didn't have have ol Dixie there either during the
Super Bowl pregame. The funniest part was how they had all these black
people introducing Skynyrd as they came out of commercials. Yeah, like they
love hearing Freebird as they give their Camaro a tune up....SELL OUTS

You'll hear a monotone voice over the PA saying, "It does what it is told",
"it puts the lotion in the basket"
