This seems reasonable. Let me parse this for you, Mr. Teeth.

If some people think, beleive, hold the view that the US is getting
redy, preparing, setting up for an imminent, immediate, near term,
coming attack on Iran, they have it wrong, incorrect, are mistaken. On
the other hand, I'm not saying that we never will, that situations in
place today won't change, that we retain the option to attack at some
future date, should circumstances warrant.
