	I heard some of them have Plutonium - based engines. Is that true and if yes, what happens in a crash ?

	Yes, it's true. But only the DEI plate cars. Seems fuel and air flow faster over Plutonium than the standard galvanized steel plates. You didn't hear this from me. In a crash, it's considered a 'dirty bomb' scenario. See the current HBO movie Dirty War for possible outcomes. -Phish

LOL! Nope, NASCAR would never allow it. They can't even run aluminum engine blocks. Now, there are some titanium bits and peices here and there, and most of the really hard worked parts are coated with a titanium nitrate to make them harder to overheat and break. Just "where" did you hear this?

Not to mention the graphite rods needed to control the reaction. The cars get very heavy, so they need really small guys like Mark Martin and Jeff Gordon to drive them.
