Battery died, now radio says ErrE - 2004 CRv

Jon Waisnor 27 February 2005 20:30:20
 Greetings,

My wife left the lights on, the battery "died" and now the super-duper 6
disk radio/cassette/cd just says "ErrE.

I have the codes to reset the radio but when I follow the owner's maunal
instructions I can't get it out of "ErrE state.

Does anyone know the procedure to reset the radio?

Thanks,

Jon

First you make sure the stereo is off then you click number 1 and 6 turn on the stereo with your other hand it will give you the serial number for the stereo, after it does that it will ask you for a code, you shoul be able to find the 5 numbers under the fuse cover is an sticker type then in and you should be good to go! i did this on a 2004 honda not sure if it works on older models!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
