I have for almost 10 years. I purchased a GM car and used about $3000 from
it once, but I don't think I will again.

They pissed me off today.

I *know* that the money is transferable to family members or some wording
like that. However, that has to be a marginal definition, and if car
salesmen hold true to their ilk, likely a work around has been presented
more than once.

So, I have $1100 again, checked on ebay to see if anyone was selling there's
(they weren't).

Suggestions?

Pissed off in Pennsylvania.
