Ferrari boss Jean Todt has refused to sign and allow Minardi to race at this
year's Oz GP.

There's no way I'm buying that Ferrari hat and T-shirt now.

Todt said he would sign iof all 8 others would. they did.
the stewards said no.

Actually, according to Max Mosley 3 teams refused to sign. Who are the other
2?

From what I've read the teams are Red Bull & Jordan. Seems they are
using the excuse that any deal with Minardi was done late last year
before the teams changed hands.

...and that Minardi is a direct threat to their positions.

Stoddart was on thin ice bringing illegal cars to the race anyway; much
as I'd like to have sympathy for him, I don't. Other teams have had to
build/adapt cars very quickly to unknown engines in the past, and it
surely didn't take a soothsayer to predict that if Minardi was going to
be on the grid in '05 it'd be with Cosworth engines.

Sorry Paul, but I've run out of patience with the whingeing.

According to f1total.com Red Bull signed. Jordan did not, but said they
wouldn't protest against Minardi.
