Which concludes with the rather interesting observation that Minardi
did, in fact, have 2005 spec aero parts available and at the track.

Passing scrutineering doesn't necessarily mean you'll get to race.
Remember the Lotus 88 that passed scrutineering at Silverstone? ;)
