They don't.

According to Atlas F1's report on Tuesday, "The test driver was at the
wheel of the old F2003-GA car, concentrating on testing new components."

Presumably components that can be tested on anything that moves reasonably
fast. I'd guess they were testing reliability rather than performance too.

Possibly. But they would have to run the GA with the M's front wing
or rear bodywork.
