Sure, but you'd normally give three months', or even six months'
notice from such a position. Either he's unwell (which I haven't seen
mentioned, and in any case, he's going to be taking up another role),
or he's had a major falling-out with someone.

in Formula One" - - to be his 'short' autobiography?

If so, I also wished certain areas had been more fully covered.

Or else he handed in his notice 3 months ago and wanted it kept quiet so
that he wouldn't be bombarded with questions every time he appeared at a
race.
