OT: Need help on F150

 I have an F150 that developed a problem when it is cold. It is an 88 FI
300. Trouble is that it will not come off idle and advance up the rpm
range. It appears to be running rich. If warm all is fine.

I have no engine fault codes. I have replaced plugs, rotor, distributor
cap and the Throttle Position Indicator.

Any help would be great.
