 hell, autobytel.com lists the invoice price for GT Deluxe Conv. at $26.8K
and list at $29.3K.
Add the additional options to these to see how much he's trying to screw
you. Supply and Demand and this hot new 'stang suggests that they're trying
to screw you big.

If it has every single option it is probably close. There was one
listed on e-bay a while back which some idiot bid 16,000 over the
stated MSRP of $31,600 or there abouts. BTW I'm down the street from
you. If you are willing to buy a car in Norfolk I got a great
salesman for you to talk to. Just bought a $25K MSRP F150 from him @
$19,200 OTD.

 Interesting to see the various prices on any vehicle (let alone Mustangs).

Reminds me of another story....

Customer - How much is antifreeze?
Partsmonger - $8.95 a jug.
Customer - The guy up the street is $2.95 a jug....
Partsmonger - I suggest you buy it there.
Customer - He's all out.
Partsmonger - Ohhhh.... when I don't have any, I'm $.95 a jug.....

Moral... if you don't have one to sell, you can name any price you want. The
dealer can't force you to buy his/her wares and you can't force the dealer
into selling you his wares for less than he/she is prepared to go.

Go in... see if you can work the deal you want.... if you can't, simply walk
away...
