Apparently more than a little upset with the Governor, CedilloÂ’s new bill >> SB 591 essentially proposes that only legal US citizens be subject to the >> impound law and that illegals be exempt from them.>>
Again emphasizing his bill would predominantly apply to Hispanics, Cedillo >> said the bill should not apply to illegals who are basically ‘in servitude >> to US citizens’, because [they] are “…taking their citizen-kids to school, >> church or the supermarket.">>

There's a flaw in this whole idea. Currently cops are prohibited from
asking drivers their immigration status, so how will the cops know not
to impound Jose's jalopy?

I agree. Illegal immigrants shouldn't be subject to CA law. They shouldn't even
be IN California, so they shouldn't be subject to CA law. ;)

IMO, it is too late to do anything about it now, Campasino.
La Raza has guns, and they will shoot you down if you come to take
them back to Mexico. They own the place now. They've moved in, set
up house, have political infrastructure in place ( CA Sen Gil Cedillo
), and you all are fucked hard and dry. You couldn't remove them from
CA and elsewhere if your life depended on it.

For every 1 you send back, 10 more will arrive to take his place. And
remember whose "administration" this happened under.

Arnie needs to stop being such a girly-man. He needs to demand that
legislation be passed that cops not only are allowed to inquire about
citizenship, they should be required to.

If an illegal alien should rob someone?
If an illegal alien breaks a contract?

An illegal alien is under the law of whatever jurisdiction
that he happens to be.

Licenses are different. Licenses are voluntary contracts between
government and residents of a state.
