Was there 10 years ago. The Kentucky route was numbered back in the 1960s as KY
313 but the route was turned over to the county in the early '70s.

I have been there. It is not a state highway, which I think is really
surprising since KY makes just about everything into a state highway.

It's a really cool place - go there if you ever get the chance. Driving
north in Kentucky, looking to my right, and seeing the Mississippi flowing
north was really strange. Turning around and seeing the river behind me too
was really strange...

I've been that way a couple of times. I could swear there was a Welcome to
Kentucky sign there in 2003, but when I was there earlier this spring there
was none.

However, there is a whole set of Tennessee signs.

Ironically KY 313 was recycled and is now the Joe Prather Parkway off I-65.
