If you are going to steal a car, don't run any red lights.>

Alex Laws, 25, of Boulder, had his 1995 Plymouth Neon stolen in> November from the Boulder RTD park-n-Ride at Broadway and 27th Way.

got the car back a few days later after police found it, barely> scathed, in Westminster.>

The case grew cold.>

Then Laws got a ticket in the mail, for running a red light.>

"At first I was kind of angry because I thought, 'I didn't do that,'"> Laws said. "Then I noticed the date and had a good laugh.">

The ticket was dated Nov. 19 - the day Laws' car was stolen.>

Accompanying it was a picture of two men cruising around in the Neon

it caught the attention of a red-light enforcement camera at Arapahoe> Avenue and 28th Street.>

The men are clearly visible in the shot, and they look as though they> have no idea their picture is being taken.>

"I hope they get caught," Laws said. "I wouldn't want them to do it

anyone else.">
