The toll collection has reverted back to two-way tolls, at least when I
passed through a few weeks ago with Steve Alpert (after scouting out the
Boston meet tour, we headed north into NH and Maine). Not sure if NH will
go back to one way toll collection over the summer, but I wouldn't be
surprised. Having been stuck in traffic for this toll, going northbound,
I'd welcome some alleviation to these backups.

Here are some photos from September 2004, when tolls were waived for
southbound Interstate 95. You may notice how the toll information signage
is boarded up like a window before a hurricane.
