 1) Whats the deal with the one way toll collection here? Did they make
that permanent, or did they revert back to two-way tolls?

2) Do they have E-ZPass up and running there yet?

1- It was done to help alieviate the ridiculous southbound backups at
the end of weekends in the spring and summer (quite a bit of that
traffic is people coming back from the beaches and resorts in Maine).
The toll was doubled in the other direction. The idea behind this toll
scheme was done by New Hampshire Governor Benson, seeing as he was once
stuck in these backups just like everybody else.

2- Not yet.

No. They'll miss the Memorial Day target day. They still are arguing
about whether to eliminate the tokens, and how much of a discount (if any)
for E-ZPass tagholders.
