for the MD-210 Interchange on the Woodrow Wilson Bridge Project.
Contract MB-1/2 is under construction and its award amount is $18.7
million. Contract MB-4 is scheduled for advertisement on August 2,
2005, and is estimated to cost $70-80 million.

Description: Woodrow Wilson Bridge Project (MB-3) - The work will
consist of the following:
1. Realignment and improvement of MD Route 210.
2. Realignment and transformation of the Oxon Hill Road/MD 210
Intersection into a Grade Separated Interchange.
3. I-95/I-495/ MD 210 Interchange improvements including:
a. Ramp A - from Northbound MD 210 (station 100+0) to the Inner
Loop Local (station 113+42.75)
b. Ramp C - from the Inner Loop Local (station 300+0) to Northbound
MD 210 (station 314 +/-).
c. Ramp H - from Southbound MD 210 (station 400+0) to the Inner
Loop Local (station 412+58.37).
4. Relocation of the Oxon Hill Salt Storage Facility.
5. Retaining Walls:
a. Wall S-14 (West Connector Retaining Wall)
b. Wall S-16 (Oxon Hill Road Retaining Wall at Bridge S-7 - North
Side).
c. Wall S-25 (I-95/I-495 Inner Loop Retaining Wall at Bridge S-3 -
South Side).
d. Wall S-26 (Oxon Hill Road Retaining Wall at Bridge S-7 -
South Side).
e. Wall S-27 (I-95/I-495 Inner Loop Retaining Wall at Bridge S-3 –
North Side).
6. Bridge Structures
a. Bridge S-3 (MD 210 over I-95/I-495).
b. Bridge S-7 (MD 210 over Oxon Hill Road).
7. Stormwater Management facilities and Erosion and Sediment Control.
8. Grading, drainage and landscaping.
9. New traffic signals, ITS, roadway signing and pavement markings.
