 West of Indianapolis, there looks to be a new setup that I can't find
more information on. All I know is that I-465/74 is now signed as Exits
69/73 instead of just Exit 73A-B, and there's a separate two-lane
roadway for Exit 69. Is there a new freeway connector being built for a
more direct route to the southern loop, or is there a new lane setup for
I-70? Also, what manner of construction is going on by the airport's
western side? thanks!

 This stretch of I-70 was relocated slightly to the south as part of a
new terminal in the midfield area. The ghost interchange for the new
terminal is done, the freeway dipped down to accomodate a future
taxiway overpass to a future runway south of I-70, and I-70 now has
collector-distribut­or roadways as part of the I465/74, Six Points Rd,
and the new unbuilt terminal access road interchanges.

Of the new terminal, only the new control tower has actually started
construction. The rest of the project is to open by 2008.
