Is it dangerous for those of us with out-of-state plates? (In the
sense of attracting the attention of the authorities.)

We will be driving from MI to GA again in a couple of months - that 5
mph lower limit in OH and KY adds about 1/2 hour to an already long
trip.

I drive about 70 to 75 MPH on interstate highways, and 60 MPH on
four-lane arterial highways with no problem. I was even followed
(although I did not know until he passed me) by a state trooper on
Interstate 65 going 70 MPH and passed a car going 75 MPH (because the
other driver started speeding up) with no problem. I believe their
lower limit is around 75 to 80 MPH, unless you come to a speed trap,
which a few cities, such as Morehead on Interstate 64, hold every few
weeks (basically, to meet their quotas).
