Being located in a REAR window clearly indicates the driver cannot see it or access it. It is designed for passengers and for when you are stopped and want to hit up the Playstation 2 while at a drive-in or a cruise-in. Note that this is a REAR WINDOW, as in one of the windows on the side of the car is a television screen, not REAR VIEW MIRRORS.
