Seriously, if I thought speeding was on the same level of evil as
serial killers and child molesters, I'd probably kill myself since it
is so prevalent.

Have you ever considered that?

jhonny is a spammer, and that's not quite as bad as murder or child
molesting, but it is far worse than speeding.

posted limits.

Traffic fatalities continue to decline while average speeds do not; they
