 It sounds like a scene out of a movie where the robots take control and
leave the humans helpless. While not entirely plausible, I'm not sure
this isn't too far off into the future.

Too much fluff on new cars that you can't get rid of. I'll stick to

Car makers and computer makers do the same thing. They add all sorts of
expensive frills to "help" the consumer. That's a monopoly for you.
