	as soon as the car is started and remain blinking in all 3 positions...rt-nuetral-left...all bulbs are working and fuses are good...any ideas would be appreciated.

	i worded that wrong...the right turn signal stays on in all 3 positions, meaning that when i attempt to turn it off, it stays on, and when i attempt to turn on the left signals, the right continues to blink.

To get at the multi-function switch you will have to take off the column cover. It is the cover behind the steering wheel going to the dash. Use a LONG Phillips (star) screwdriver and remove the two screws from below the column. Then pry the bottom and top apart. You will see the large black switch wrap around the top of the steering column. disconnect the wiring from the switch and remove the screws holding it in. reverse procedure to install the new switch. Check the wreckers (scrap yards) for a multifunction switch. Or Ebay
