From where? Is it even available? The link above says:

"No release date for the King of Ovals expansion has been announced
yet, but it comes hot on the wheels of the "Proximus 24H of Spa" add-on
which is freely available at the official GTR website. Keep you eyes
peeled for the release of the expansion, and until then take a look at
our new screenshots burn some serious rubber."

My 'guess' is that SimBin is applying for a new job. Perhaps they hope
to show EA how THEY would do an oval based sim, and how it could be better
than what Tiburion has released.

Simbin should be pouring their resources into making a proper dedicated
server if they know what's good for them :)­
