Salvage car HELP

 i just bought a car in GA with the title of Maryland. Tiltle says
salvage on it. I paid the DMV and they are gonna come check my car
someday.....so i need any paperwork for that inspector?...wat if he
fails the car....how can i still the car?...how many days does an
inspector taked before he comes check the car out...How strict are the
inspectors...can anyone answer this questions..thanx
p.s the car looks and runs gr8...i can't beleive it was salvage.
